through the skin. One to two handfuls of SI-SOL
crystals should be put in the tub. If our energy
is very low, a 10-day bath treatment is recommended.

When do I use cold and warm compresses?
On all parts of
the body, except for the head, warm compresses
are used for any pain or injury (heated to up

crystals (37-40 °C) on your knee for 20-30 minutes.
Repeat the procedure upon the first sign of
pain.
What should I do if my bladder is inflamed?
In case of an
inflamed bladder, put a heated bag of SI-SOL
crystals on the lower part of the belly for
half an hour, two or three times a day. The
effects will already show after a few days of
regular use.
Should persons with heart diseases bathe in the bath?
Persons with heart
disease should not bathe in water warmer than
that prescribed by the doctor. SI-SOL salt itself
does not have any negative effects on the heart,

If you do not
have a tub, have a peeling after showering.
