FIGURE: The structure
and the manner of rewarding are clearly presented
in the figure below.

LEGEND:
Circle = individual or associate of the company
Si-SOL
Number in the circle = the current career stage
of the individual
Letter in the circle = name of the associate
E = earning
P = production
Roman numerals = advertisement put in a newspaper
For
easier demonstration of the rewarding of individuals
with regard to the career stage, we "envisage"
that each person created 100 production units
in the production month analysed.
STAGE 1:
All associates at the first stage of the career
plan are rewarded € 16 gross per their
own production achieved. The earning of individual
at the first stage is thus € 1600 with
regard to the same production of 100 units achieved.
€ 16 * 100 units = reward of € 1600
STAGE 2:
Each associate at the second stage of the career
plan is rewarded € 18 for his or her own production
achieved. € 18 * 100 units = reward of € 1800.
The production achieved also includes the units
achieved by the subassociates. And the individual
is also rewarded for this (their) production.
€ 1 of additional earning is given for each
difference in stage. There is thus € 1 of reward
difference between stages 1 and 2.
Simultaneously with
his or her own production, and individual at
stage 2 is thus rewarded € 1 multiplied with
the production achieved by the subassociates.
A subassociate is a person answering the advertisement.
Reward of € 1 * the total production achieved
by all subassociates at stage 1.
In our case thus both associate "J"
(visible calculation by items) and associate
"I" receive an additional reward of
€ 100 and both earn € 1900.
STAGE 3:

Each associate at the third stage of the career
plan is rewarded € 19 for his or her own production
achieved. Therefore, € 19 * 100 units = earning
of € 1900 fo persons G and H.
In addition, associate
"G" receives a reward of € 1 appearing
as the difference between stage 3 and stage
2 at which there is his or her first subassociate
* the total production achieved by all his or
her other subassociates. Therefore, € 1 * 200
production units = € 200. The associate's total
earning is thus € 2.100.
As opposed to associate
"G", associate "G" (otherwise
at the same career stage) is calculated a difference-reward
of € 2 * the total production achieved by all
his or her subassociates. There is a difference
of € 2 between stages 3 and 1. (in this case,
there is no associate at stage 2)
- Therefore, € 2 * 400 units is € 800. The total
earning of associate "H" is thus €
2.700,00.
STAGE 4:
Person "F" at stage 4 of the career
plan is rewarded € 20 per unit for his or her
production achieved. Therefore, 100 units *
€ 20 = € 2.000. Simultaneously, he or she receives
€ 1 of reward difference appearing between his
or her stage 4 and the stage of the first subassociate
at stage 3 * the total production achieved by
all his or her other subassociates. That is
300 units of the total production of all subassociates
* € 1 = € 300 of additional earning.
STAGE 5:
Person "E", at career stage 5 in our
scheme, will receive the largest reward in our
case. At career stage 5, he or she is rewarded
€ 21 gross per unit for the production achieved.
Therefore €21 * 100 units = earning of € 2.100.
After the Ist advertisement
put in a newspaper, person "E" obtained
the new associate "F". With his or
her advertisiments, person "F" obtained
new associates, namely persons "G",
"J" and "K". They all create
production which is also ascribed to person
"E".
There is € 1 of reward difference between person
"E" and his or her first subassociate
"F". € 1 * the total production of
all subassociates ("F", "G",
"J" and "K"), i.e. 400 units
= € 400 of additional earning.
After the IInd advertisement
put in a newspaper, person "E" obtained
new subassociates, namely persons "H",
"L", "M", "N"
and "O".
There is € 2 of stage difference between person
"E" and the first subassociate, i.e.
person "H". The additional earning
is thus € 2 * 500 production units achieved
by all the subassociates = € 1000.
After the IIIrd advertisement
put in a newspaper, person "E" obtained
associate "I", who achieves rewarding
according to stage 2 of the career plan. There
is a stage difference of € 3 between person
"E" and person "I". Therefore,
€ 3 * the total production of persons "I"
and "P" - 200 units = reward of €
600.
At the IVth advertising,
person "E" obtained associate "R",
rewarded according to stage 1 of the career
plan for his or her production achieved. The
difference between stages 1 and 5 is € 18. Therefore,
person "E" receives an additional
reward of € 18 * 100 production units achieved
by person "R" = € 1.800.
The total earning and rewards of person "E"
in our account month is:
Earning of € 2100
for his or her own production
+ reward of € 400 according to branch I
+ reward of € 1000 according to branchII
+ reward of € 600 according to branch III
+ reward of € 400 according to branh IV
€ 4.500,00
| Attention!
If person "R" speeds up his or
her efforts, achieves growth in his or her
production and falls into reward stage 5,
person "E" does not obtain the
additional reward for the production of
person "R", because there is no
reward difference of € 1 between their stages.
The thing is that both persons are at the
same stage of the career ladder. |
STAGE 6:
In our case, person "D", at career
stage 6 and not creating his or her own production
in the account month, would earn money according
to the following formula:
1 € * (total production of all subassociates)
1,300 units = € 1,300
STAGE 7:

In our case, person "C", at career
stage 7 and not creating his or her own production
in the account month, would also earn € 1,300
€ 1 (reward stage difference to the first subassociate
at stage 6 - person "D") * the total
production of all subassociates amounting to
1,300 units = € 1,300.
Attention!
Only if, for instance, person "D"
in stage 6 of the career plan should not
extend his or her contract by an annual
purchase of at least 2 kg of Si-Sol crystals
and leave our reward scheme, the earning
of person "C" would be larger,
since it would take his or her reward stage
difference.
The reward stage difference between person
"C" and the first subassociate
"E" is € 2. The earning would
thus be € 2 * 1,300 units of the total production
= reward of € 2,600 |
STAGE 8:

In our case, person "B", at career
stage 8 and not creating his or her own production
in the account month, would also earn € 1,300
€ 1 (reward stage difference to the first subassociate
at stage 7 - person "C") * the total
production of all subassociates amounting to
1,300 units = € 1,300.
STAGE 9:

Person "A", at career stage 9 and
achieveing his or her own production of 100
units in the account month, would earn € 1,300
for his or her subassociates, and simultaneously
€ 25 (according to the reward career plan) *
100 units of his or her own production = earning
of € 2.500.
In total, that means and earning of € 3,800
for person "A".
REWARD SYSTEM IN
POTS 1, 2 AND 3.
When person "A"
achieves the production of 150.062.500 units,
he or she goes to POT 1, a new reward system.
The reward system in individual pots 1, 2 and
3 has a long-term basis and represents your
actual retirement. You have earned that through
the years of co-operation.
The thing is that
€ 0.5 of each kilogram of Si-Sol crystals sold
are constantly accumulated in each of these
pots. From the beginning, € 1.5 is allocated
to these three pots.
Therefore:
- € 0.5 to the first pot
- € 0.5 to the second pot
- € 0.5 to the third pot
Persons getting into
POT 1, share the total amount created in the
production month, all from the "first "
to the "last" production achieved
by all Si-Sol's associates. The shares are calculated,
i.e. distributed, with regard to the number
of persons in an individual pot.
With regard to the
production acheived according to the career
plan, persons later go over to POT 2 and at
last to POT 3. Their rewards increase fom pot
to pot, as the number of persons in the higher
pot decreases, with the shares thus being larger.
The
rewards are gross gross!
The payment of rewards is in compliance
with the legislation! |
